White tiger. Animal in dangerous of extinction

Condor of the Andes

Serves: 8 people

Preparation time: 10 – 15 mins

Ingredients:

½ pound of precooked shrimps

2 medium onions (chopped)

2 ounces of cylantrum (chopped)

1 bottle of ketchup (500 gr)

1 bottle of mayonnaise (500 gr)

4 lemons

½ teaspoon of hot sauce

Salt to the taste

Preparation: First, take the shrimps into pot with water and add salt, let boil for five minutes. Next take out the shrimps and let dry.

In other pot mix the other ingredients and finally add the shrimps. Serve cold in a cup and decorate with round slices of lemon and a mint leaf.
